Chef Stephan Zoisl’s ingredients take the centre stage at Chef’s Table through the daily changing of its 4, 6 or 8-course degustation (omakase) menu. 

A list of 28 seasonal ingredients is available daily and all you need to do is simply select which ingredients you don’t want in your dish as the culinary team takes this into consideration when preparing your meal.

The open kitchen is a splendid theatre to spectate the preparation of food from cutting board to table. With their ever-changing omakase menu, the team at Chef’s Table believes that no guest should eat the same dish twice.
