HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Membership is on a By-Invitation basis only. Interested parties may submit their application for review here: https://www.skypremium.com/sg/forms/ifom.php.

IS THERE ANY AGE LIMIT TO BECOME A MEMBER?

You must be 21 years old and above to join.

HOW MUCH IS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE?

For annual subscription fee is S$1200, while monthly subscription fee is S$129.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Members can cancel their membership anytime however please note our fees are not refundable. If you wish to terminate your Membership, you may do so by providing 1 month notice via email to Sky Premium.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive your login details via email to access our Members’ services. Your Membership welcome kit will be delivered within 2 weeks.

The Sky Premium eStore is an exclusive online store for Sky Premium members. Members can purchase specially curated items from 2 categories — The Time and The Direct — via our members’ website or app.

Sky Premium introduces new products via our members’ website and app. We don’t have a physical store.

WHY ARE YOUR PRICES LOWER THAN RETAIL STORE PRICES?

Sky Premium secures our merchandise straight from verified wholesale sources. Our products are 100% authentic and brand-new.

HOW LONG DOES THE FLASH SALE LAST?

Our eStore flash sales are regularly updated with different selections of products.

HOW DO I EARN SKY DOLLARS?

As a member, you can collect Sky Dollars each time you make an eStore purchase or hotel booking. For eStore purchase, Sky Dollars will be credited into your account after 3 working days upon order completion. For hotel booking, our membership services team will be recording your Sky Dollars and you will receive your Sky Dollars within 7 working days after the completion of your trip.

WHAT IS THE CONVERSION RATE FOR SKY DOLLARS?

1 Sky Dollar equals the value of SGD 1.

SKY PREMIUM X RWS INVITES ENQUIRIES

  • I am already an existing RWS Invites member. Can I still apply?

You may reach out to the Membership Services Team and we will help you with the necessary arrangements for you to be upgraded to the RWS Invites Gold membership. Kindly note that approval for upgrading to gold status will be at the sole discretion of RWS Invites. Alternatively, you may choose to contact RWS Invites and submit your request directly to them.

  • I am already an RWS Invites Gold member and my RWS Invites Gold membership is expiring. Am I able to extend it with this complimentary 1-year membership?

Sky Premium will forward your appeal for extension of your Gold Tier membership and approval will be at the sole discretion of RWS Invites. Alternatively, you may choose to contact RWS Invites and submit your request directly to them.

  • Am I entitled to this 1-year complimentary RWS Invites Gold membership if I'm a Sky Premium monthly member?

RWS Invites Gold membership is only given to Sky Premium members who are on the annual subscription plan.

  • I am an existing Sky Premium annual member. Is the RWS Invites Gold membership transferrable?

  • Subscription is valid for Sky Premium Annual membership only.
  • Sky Premium membership are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If you choose to sign up or make any inquiries, you are deemed to have consented for your Personal Information to be collected, used, and disclosed for any purposes which are of your interest.
  • When you apply to become a Member, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current as of the date of the forms.
  • Sky Premium may change any or all the materials without any notice.

  • SGD 350 worth of Welcome Vouchers are only provided for new applicants of the RWS Invites Membership Programme.
  • Complimentary RWS Invites Membership is for first-time applicants aged 13 and above.
  • Sky Premium members may need to present their Sky Premium Annual Membership Card or Mobile App to the RWS Invites Concierge at the time of collection.
  • Existing RWS Invites Members who are Sky Premium Annual Members may take their existing RWS Invites Card, this email, and Sky Premium Annual Membership Card to the RWS Invites Concierge to receive a complimentary upgrade to the RWS Invites Gold Card for 1 year.
  • Sky Premium Members who have received a complimentary RWS Invites Gold Card or received an upgrade to RWS Invites Gold Membership status under membership programmes with other third parties will not be eligible to receive another/further year of RWS Invites Gold Membership.
