Kan Sushi

Kan Sushi is an authentic sushi restaurant with a cosy ambience. The restaurant was founded by Kan Nishina, a businessman who switched careers to become a sushi chef in his mid-30s. After moving to Singapore, he started his first sushi restaurant in 2015 at International Plaza, and started a second outlet at Robertson Quay.

Kan Sushi only imports and uses the best seasonal fish from Asahi fisheries, from which the restaurant gets fresh shipments four times a week.

Grab a seat at the sushi counter and let the chef regale you as he dishes out delicious sushi omakase at relatively affordable prices, featuring highlights such as zuniku (bluefin tuna head meat).
