Located within Naumi Hotel Singapore, this bistro-style restaurant is accentuated by contemporary touches, with interiors that draw on subtle sophistication using defining shapes, appealing textures and vinyl flooring. Punched with bold coloured furniture and cushions, the palette is not all about the neutrals here. Spaces are created to make guests feel comfortable and welcome, including outdoor seating for al fresco dining on days that aren’t scorching hot.
 



Look around the hotel’s interior and you will find a good number of artistic displays, changed from time to time, to feast your eyes upon – including works by Mark Denton and an interactive installation that sends birds flying if you clap near it.

Chowpatty Ki Pani Puri (Vegetarian)

Spiced Potato | Sprouts | Green Chilli and Masala | Spiced Mint Water

Delight in this popular savoury snack commonly found at roadside food carts across India. Here at Table, the ingredients are freshly prepared so you can decide what goes into these crispy house-made puri (fried bread) – juicy, spicy or fully stuffed!
 



Once you’ve filled the puri, pour the spiced mint water from the chilled glass tubes to your desired level. Pop the whole piece in your mouth immediately before the puri gets over-soaked and enjoy your lip-smacking pani puri party. Take a shot with the remaining spiced mint water!
 



Pindi Chana (Vegetarian)

Brimming with the unique flavour of North Indian cuisine, this traditional vegetarian dish is made with soaked and boiled garbanzo beans served in robust spice masala. Enjoy this aromatic creation à la carte or with the executive set lunch designed by Table Restaurant & Bar’s team of competent chefs, available from 12pm to 2.30pm daily, reasonably priced at $25++.

These amazing sets are paired with the naan of your choice and accompaniments that include jeera peas pulao (fragrant basmati rice tossed with green peas and whole cumin), and dal curry. Relish this hearty dish with your family and friends!
 



Murg Paprika Tikka (Non-vegetarian)

Take just one bite of this chicken tikka to go on a gastronomic joyride. Moderately spiced without being too fiery, the delectable flavour of this boneless dish is enhanced with the good use of paprika, spices and yoghurt in its marinade. Each plays a critical role in tenderising the meat while creating its vivid deep red colour and appetising aroma.

For the ones who’re undecided about the extensive menu selection or have missed out on the weekday lunch set, you can find this specialty in Table Restaurant & Bar’s recently launched Hangover Brunch menu – priced at $88++ per person, inclusive of free-flowing alcohol and more, available on weekends from 12pm to 3pm.
 



Mahi Tikka Ajwaini

Craving for fish instead? Swap out your mains and dig into these seabass fillets tandoor-grilled with carrom seeds, yoghurt and spices. You can trust the sister restaurant of the award-winning Rang Mahal to prepare your meal with quality ingredients curated and sourced globally. Table Restaurant & Bar often imports specific spices from India and premium meats from New Zealand.

Some honourable signatures to check out while you’re there include fluffy tandoor-grilled naan Chilli Cheese Kulzza, Tandoori Garlic Prawns, Murg Tikka Dhaba Biryani and Paneer Makhanwala.
